At Best Vintage Wholesale, we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet our quality grading standards or have been incorrectly described. Please note that as a wholesale supplier, returns are processed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible value for our business partners.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your shipment, providing your order number and specific details regarding the items you wish to return.

  Submit Verification

  Upload clear photographs of the items and their original wholesale tags to verify that the condition matches the state in which they were dispatched.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the provided RMA authorization slip.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
