What is the condition of your vintage garments?
We grade our items into Grade A and Grade B categories. Grade A items are in excellent vintage condition with no major flaws, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear, adding to their authentic character.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, to maintain our wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order value of $250 or a minimum weight of 10kg, depending on the specific product category you are purchasing.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 10-14 business days, excluding customs processing time.
Can I hand-pick individual items for my order?
We offer 'Video Hand-Pick' sessions for premium members. For standard orders, items are curated by our expert team based on your selected category and grade to ensure a balanced mix.
What is your return policy for wholesale lots?
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all wholesale sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grading or a shortage in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Are all items laundered before shipping?
While we ensure all items are stored in a clean environment and free of heavy debris, we recommend that all vintage garments be professionally laundered or steamed before being placed on your retail floor.
